Rulemaking; Fees. – I. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: (a) [Repealed.] (b) The qualifications of applicants in accordance with applicable statutes, and the ethical standards required for licensure; (c) The examination criteria in accordance with applicable statutes; (d) License renewal, including requirements for continuing education; (e) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards; (f) [Repealed.] (g) The design of an official seal; (h) What constitutes geology experience for the purposes of RSA
