; (g) Submits evidence of at least 6 separate real estate transactions in which the applicant was actively involved and was compensated or proves to the office, based on criteria set by the commission, that the applicant has equivalent experience in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to 541-A; and (h) Complies with the criminal records check under RSA
